Chasing Prime

“In my perfect world, you would never need to see a doctor. We would be here to advise, counsel and, if necessary due to uncontrollable factors, provide intervention. Our visits would be checking in to see how you are doing, where you are going in life and working together to discover health choices for today that may support that best. I strive to provide data-driven advice for optimizing health, without compromising your autonomy of choice.”

We Help Men of All Ages Feel Young, Confident and Energized.

Hormone levels, crucial for maintaining well-being, can be influenced by factors such as stress, diet, physical activity, age and sleep. When these elements affect hormone production, it can be challenging to return to optimal performance. Key assessments can help identify underlying cause of your symptoms, allowing for a tailored approach to improve your well-being.

We Help Women find a Lifetime Path to Health and Vitality

Menopause and perimenopause aren’t alone in disrupting a women’s hormonal balance. Conditions such as PCOS and factors like stress, diet, physical activity, genetics and sleep can cause hormone levels to shift out of sync. Understanding your hormone levels through assessments can help identify the cause of fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, moodiness and generally not being at your best. When we allow for a tailored approach to improve your well-being, feeling like yourself again can be a reality.
